MAROUBRA RESIDENCE 01

A new five-bedroom family home, this project creates a sustainable residence utilising locally sourced and supplied materials, grey water harvesting, solar power & battery storage. Double glazing and thermally isolated ground slabs and walls, combine to reduce running costs and coupled with cross ventilation will provide a stable internal temperature throughout the year.

Landscaping is sourced to match the local Kamay National Park flora, providing a water-tolerant garden that supports local wildlife. Low maintenance is a key factor with no ‘lawn’ as such being provided.
