Created as an all-day bistro to serve the local theater crown and burgeoning commercial and residential occupants of Rose Bay, this hospitality project was located as part of the new Sydney Theatre. A sleek and reduced distillation of a typical ‘Bistro’, the visual language was provided by First Nations artist Jonathan Jones, with his hypnotic light-based artworks introducing visual story telling and drama.
