Pavilion Residence

This project has a two-stage plan, that allows for an initial refurbishment that meets the client’s current needs, with the option to expand as their family grows.

We optimize the use of funds by designing a modest first phase, tailored to suit a couple at an earlier stage of life. This phase enhances the home’s amenities and introduces sustainability features, creating a house that is well-connected to its landscape and offers a pleasant outdoor environment.

The second phase adds a new living pavilion to the original home, allowing for the expansion of bedrooms and the introduction of flexible spaces that can adapt to changing needs over time.

Both stages incorporate sustainable principles, resulting in a final, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly home.
